Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of www.oolovetea.com and purchases from Oolove Tea L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company ("Oolove", "we", "us"). By ordering, you accept these Terms.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Tea is a natural agricultural product; color, leaf size and tasting notes may vary slightly between batches. Weights are approximate. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline any order.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation is not acceptance; the contract is formed when we ship the goods or confirm acceptance by email. Custom and bespoke orders are confirmed individually, including design proof, quantity and lead time.

3. Payments

We accept payment through Stripe, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Orders are charged at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship across the United States and worldwide from our fulfillment locations, which may include China. Standard transit is typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is". Tea descriptions, tasting notes and ritual content are for enjoyment and information, not medical advice. Tea contains naturally occurring caffeine except where noted; consult a healthcare professional regarding allergies, pregnancy or medication interactions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oolove is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Intellectual property

All Site content, names, logos, photography, packaging design and copy are owned by Oolove Tea L.L.C. and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
